🔧 Service Warranty

24x7 Chennai Customer Helpline offers a warranty period of 90 days for the spare parts replaced in your deep freezer. Any issues related to the replaced parts within the warranty period will be addressed free of charge.

💰 Inspection Charges

A nominal inspection fee will be charged during the first visit. If the customer agrees to proceed with the service, the inspection charge will be adjusted against the total repair cost.

⚙️ Spare Parts

We use genuine, brand-authorized spare parts. The availability of specific spare parts may vary based on the model and brand.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

If the service is canceled after the technician has arrived at the customer’s premises, the inspection charge is non-refundable.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, cards, and online payments.
